Membership
Before you join, please read and agree to these terms and conditions outlined herein. By joining Golf Reservations Hawaii (GRH) website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, and, are agreeing to be legally bound by them. This agreement is subject to change by GRH at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this web site with automatic email notice to each Member of record.
1. Legal definitions
"Member" or "Membership," as referred to in this document shall mean; the user of a valid name and password (e-ticket) to the web site during the term of membership.
"Site" as referred to in this document shall mean; the website for Golf Reservations Hawaii http://www.golfreservationshawaii.com which you are subscribing to with a user name and password, to access the site and its materials in order to obtain the benefits of membership.
"E-ticket," as referred to in this document shall mean; the combination of a unique user name and password that is used to access the website site. The e-ticket is a license to use the website for a specified period of time.
"Book marking," as referred to in this document shall mean; the act of placing a URL into a temporary file on the member's computer browser so that the member may return to that page at a future date directly.
2. Description of services
Golf Reservations Hawaii will provide one e-ticket (user name and password) to access the website and its contents for each membership application. Duplicate applications by the same individual are not permitted.
3. Billing
Golf Reservations Hawaii.com will appear on your debit/credit card for all charges made. If multiple venues are jointly utilized, your statement will list each individual transaction. GRH may include other information on your statement based on credit card association or NACHA rules and regulations.
4. Payment /Cancellation Fee
Golf Reservations Hawaii will charge and apply a processing fee for all cancellations against a Member's debit or credit card card. This fee is to cover the cost of handling the cancellation and making a refund. A member is required to agree to this provision at the time of enrollment, and, it will remain in force until cancelled by either party.
Once a Member has made a Tee Time reservation on GRH web site using a Login and Password, and, paid using a credit or debit card, our cancellation feature becomes immediately available. If used, a refund is made less the processing fee. This processing fee amounts to about 10% of the initial cost. This cancellation feature can be used up to 72 hours before tee off time. If a cancellation is made online, prior to the 72 hours, a refund is initiated, less the processing fee, to the debit or credit card used in making the reservation.
5. Automatic Free Membership Renewal (If selected on the membership sign up page)
Free “Membership” in Golf Reservations Hawaii (GRH) is initially for a trial period of six (6) months. Thirty (30) days prior to the end of this period, an email notification will be given. If a renewal is not made the initial membership will automatically cancel at 12:00 midnight on the expiration date. The new renewal will be for FULL Membership for a new period of twelve (12) months and extended yearly, unless cancelled by the Member or GRH.
6. Electronic Receipt
A Member may request a copy of the account of charges made for services purchased on the web site.
Requests for a receipt must be made directly to golfmaster@golfreservationshawaii.com within twenty-four hours of purchase.
7. Membership Cancellation
Membership for this service may be terminated by Golf Reservations Hawaii or the Member, upon notification by electronic notification to golfmaster@golfreservationshawaii.com When a Member requests termination, any existing Tee Time reservations and fees, are not automatically cancelled or refunded.
